Josh Magnuson is executive vice president and general manager for the Global Water Solutions sector, which provides digitally enabled, integrated water management solutions for customers of Nalco Water, an Ecolab company.
Josh began his career with Ecolab in 2001 working in research and development in St. Paul, MN. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions in research, development & engineering (RD&E), sales, marketing, digital solutions, and general management.
Prior to this role Josh was senior vice president and general manager of the Global Downstream division at Nalco Water and general manager Food & Beverage division for Ecolab Europe based in Zurich, Switzerland. Throughout his career Josh has gathered extensive international experience living and leading businesses in Latin America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
Josh holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in St Paul, MN.
