Missy Blais is vice president of Global Tax for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources.
In her role, Blais leads the tax function within Ecolab’s Finance organization. She is a key advisor to the company’s leadership and board of directors on acquisitions, mergers, dispositions and tax strategies that benefit the company and shareholders.
Previously, Blais served as vice president of Global Tax Planning for Ecolab. She joined the company in 2021 as Director, responsible for international tax planning.
Blais has more than 20 years of professional tax experience. Prior to joining Ecolab, she held roles with MTS Systems Corporation, Target Corporation, GE Capital, and KPMG.
Blais graduated from Indiana University Southeast with a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in English.
