Wet Flow Enhancement

Moving wet coal or other ores through material handling units can prove to be challenging. The increased surface moisture creates stronger hydrogen bonds between the coal or ore particles that can lead to rat-holing or even completely plugged chutes, silos and feeders. This can eliminate or choke down flow to the plant and lead to costly derates for utilities. We offer both powder and liquid products that address the excess surface moisture and allows material to easily flow through chutes and other bottle necks.
